With the view of including  in the  Action Plan, prepared in connection with the execution of the presidential order dated 16 January 2013, declaring 2013 the "Year of  information and communications technologies  in Azerbaijan" Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies (MCIT)  is accepting  proposals on possible necessary  measures  to be  implemented in this field  within the year.
