Hot line service

This service implements the One-Stop Shop reception of the proposals, complaints and order of the services rendered by “Aztelekom” PU.

Through this service, user can join the services of “Aztelekom” PU, order about removing of discontents arising from these services, and notify the relevant structures or bodies of the Union about wishes, offers and complaints.  

In order to use this service, a citizen calls “012 122” (calls are free), contacts with the operator, informs his/her order, proposals or complaints. 

His order, proposal and complaints are online taken to the execution by the relevant structural department.
