It has been 20 years since the Khojaly genocide, one of the most terrible and bloodiest tragedies in the 20th century. On the night of 25-26 February 1992, the Armenian armed forces, with participation of the Khankendi-based 366th motorized infantry regiment, attacked and ruined, in one night, the town of Khojaly, which had been encircled during months. Dear Mr. President!
Successful socio-economic policies pursued under your leadership yields results in the field of information communications technologies (ICT) sphere as in other areas. Thus, the revenue received in the sector in 2011 rose approximately 12% compared to the same period of 2010, which is two times more than world average. According to our preliminary estimates, roughly 400 million AZN was invested in the sector. The following results were obtained in the accounting period.
