President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev inaugurated the building of the State Agency for Service to Citizens and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan Republic and “ASAN” service center #1 in Baku on December 29.  Microsoft has received patent for technology of "internet hug" that will allow people in different places to interact physically - to communicate, handshake and hug.According to Vesti, the idea is to use the Internet-connected devices to simulate the physical interactions in the distance. The system will able to transmit a variety of activities. “For instance, hugging, shaking hands, moving objects, writing words on the board and so on," the patent says.
